Female beauty is scarce, quantifiable, and highly-valued. It is the most valuable asset that many young women possess and depreciates rapidly with age.
Existing markets for the monetization of female beauty are inefficient and risky for women. The beauty access industry is marked by a concentration of income (i.e. the supermodel effect), lack of innovation, and entrenched rent-seeking intermediaries (e.g. modeling agencies, beauty pageants, dating apps, stripclubs).
We propose a solution to the inefficiencies of the global beauty access market. Authenticated beauty data mints tokens (fems), with rewards correlated to a woman’s proximity to a beauty standard and adjusted for age. Fems are also required by businesses or individuals who want to present beauty monetization opportunities to the network.
